This study was established by examining graduate thesis which investigated the impact of reflective thinking implementations in context of a course, indexed at the National Thesis Center of the Higher Education Council (YÖK), written in Turkey from 2008 to 2019. In this context, 27 thesis studies, 18 of which are master's and 9 of which are doctorate, were analyzed. Based on the findings, when the examinations are carried out starting from 2008, it is seen that the thesis was written most in 2017 and this year was followed by 2015 and 2014. In addition, apart from a master's and a doctoral thesis, it is generally determined that the languages of publications are Turkish. Considering the subject of the studies, in general, the effects of some applications on reflective thinking and the effect of reflective thinking on academic success or attitude were emphasized. Studies are often designed with quantitative research patterns, especially experimental research. In addition, scale/survey and achievement tests were used extensively in studies. In data analysis method, content analysis, descriptive analysis, t-test, one-way ANOVA analysis and non-parametric tests were used. Considering the results of the studies, it is possible to say that reflective thinking has positive effects on academic achievement or attitude, and the practices regarding reflective thinking skills develop reflective thinking skill.
