Foreign languages, thanks to evolving technology has become an important concept in our shrinking world. Used in our country "a language is a human" statement clearly emphasizes the importance of foreign languages. Chairman of the Board of Education of the Ministry of Education dated 25.06.2012 and numbered by the decision of 69 primary schools (primary and secondary) in the weekly course schedule changes are made. Primary schools (primary and secondary) weekly course schedule from the 2012-2013 academic year, the first and fifth grade was introduced gradually to begin with. With this change from 2nd grade elementary school foreign language courses took place two hours per week. First time in the 2013-2014 academic year foreign language courses taught in the 2nd grade has begun. The aim of this study started to be taught from the 2nd grade elementary school foreign language lesson, primary school teachers and English teachers' opinions about the course is to examine. In this context, from the 2nd grade with regard to foreign language training of teachers and English teachers have been consulted. Research is screening model. 10 primary school teachers, 10 English teachers, including total of 20 interviews were conducted with the teacher. Interviews were carried out in August 2013. Semi-structured interviews with the teachers have been consulted on the subject. The interviews were recorded on audio recorders by researchers. Voice recorder has been made in the information written on computer. Descriptive analysis was used to analyze the data. As a result of the assessment made from second grade elementary school foreign language courses has been determined that there were differences in the delivery.
