It is no doubt that translator faces some challenges in each translation process. The feautures of target text's genre come first. One of the most striking examples of this case is texts of absurd theatre. In this article, the potential challenges which can be faced during the translation of the absurd are tried to be analyzed through the translation of A Slight Ache by Harold Pinter from the perspective of Translation Studies.
